Northern Border and Coast - Sea of Galilee

Monday we went a north of Nahariyya to Israel's northern border with Lebanon. Here's a view looking south from the mountain on the Israel/Lebanon border. There's a man fishing on the rock.



Another look down the coast, notice the Carmel Mountain Range in the distance which includes the city of Haifa.

This afternoon we went to the Sea of Galilee and we'll be staying here by the lake for several days while touring the area around Galilee. This photo shows the lake and the city of Tiberias.
